On 27th May, it was the finals
of the IPL 2012 between KKR (Kolkata Knight Riders) and CSK (Chennai Super
Kings). It was a fantastic match and much entertaining. Chennai had finished
its innings after making a target of 191 for the Kolkata Knight Riders. The 2nd
innings was breathtaking. Most of the fans of KKR were upset because Gambhir
had replaced Brendon Mcullum and took Manvinder Bisla. All of us were wrong
because he had made 89 very quickly and had made KKR win the IPL. I would like
to tell what the score in the last overs was: KKR needed 16 of 7 balls to
clinch a win. Shakib Al Hasan was caught the next ball but the umpire signalled
it a no ball for the height and luckily they had taken a double, so they
neeeded 13 of 7 balls, then the next ball was gone for a four. KKR needed 9 of
one over. Dwayne Bravo was given the last over to bowl. They took singles on
the first two balls so they needed 7 to win of 4 balls. Manoj Tiwary came on
strike and scored to consecutive fours and made KKR win.
I was so happy that I removed my shirt off
(of course I was in my home) and started dancing. So a big KORBHO LORBHO
JEETBHO RE to all KKR fans.
